– Burning, redness, and swelling of the vagina and the vulva
– Pain or burning sensation when urinating
– Pain during sex
– Soreness
– A thick, white vaginal discharge that looks like cottage cheese and does not have a bad smell
– Fishy smell that gets stronger after sex
– Itching
– Thin white, gray, or green discharge
– Needing to pee more often than usual during the night (nocturia)
– Pee that looks cloudy
– Needing to pee suddenly or more urgently than usual
– Needing to pee more often than usual
– Blood in your pee
– Lower tummy pain or pain in your back, just under the ribs

This is a teleconsultation that lasts up to 10 minutes. You will be able to discuss your UTI symptoms or clarify any concerns and/or questions you may have regarding any UTI symptoms you experience, as well as seek advice on future prevention. If appropriate, our doctors will be able to prescribe your UTI treatment.

• Strong, persistent urge to urine
• Passing frequent and small amounts of urine
• Smelly or cloudy urine
• Red or bright pink urine that indicates blood

If, during your teleconsultation, your doctor believes that your situation requires you to attend a physical check-up or face to face appointment, we will be able to arrange an appointment for you via one of our partner clinics.

Absolutely! Telemedicine is safe and effective so long as doctors have accurate, current information about your case. This applies to both telemedicine and in-person visits. This is why it is important that you answer all the questions truthfully and accurately in the health assessment form as well as during your UTI consultation.

Furthermore, all doctors on our platform have completed the Singapore Ministry of Health’s telemedicine e-learning course and are well-trained to deliver medical advice and prescribe treatments through telemedicine.
